How Our Clothing Manufacturing Process Works

Quote You can send your categorie, quantity, tech pack, sketch or physical sample. We will provide you with a quotation.1 business day
Fitting sample Made from stock fabric and stock colour so you can judge the fit. 2–3 weeks
Proto sample Made in your bulk fabric, your colour, with your artwork and trims. After approval of the proto sample, we will continue with bulk production. 2–3 weeks
Bulk production Cut, make, trim, labels and packaging. 5–6 weeks
Customs & transport Clearance arranged by us, delivered to your address or warehouse. ~10 days in EU

Which country do you produce in?

We produce clothing in Turkey.

What are the costs of clothing production?

Every private label is custom-made with associated costs. It is difficult to accurately indicate costs.
Take several cost items into account:

The cost of your design/tech pack.
Production costs.
Customs clearance and transport costs.

Where do you get the fabrics from?

We source the fabrics from our official, certified fabric suppliers in Turkey. Upon request, we can also order organic, sustainable and recycled fabrics.

How long does an order take?

We will first make a fitting sample from stock fabric and stock color and send it to you (2-3 weeks). After your feedback, we make a proto sample in the right fabric and color with all prints and matching accessories (3-4 weeks). Once both samples are fully approved, we start bulk production, averaging 5-6 weeks. Then customs clearance and transport, on average 10 days within the EU.

Where do you deliver the shipment?

We deliver goods around the world. We deliver goods FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP. For this, we will offer a customized shipment quote.
