Have your clothing samples made

Every collection starts with a sample. At MPY Textile, samples are made in our own factory in Istanbul, with decades of garment experience, and reviewed with you at our office and showroom in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, or sent to you anywhere in Europe. Two rounds, fitting and pre-production, and you see every detail of your garment before bulk production begins.

How sampling works

Design and tech pack

You send us your design and tech pack. A physical reference garment works too. No tech pack yet? We build it with you.

Fabric selection (custom-made)

You specify which fabric, GSM (thickness of the fabric) and pantone colour you want for your design. MPY Textile will then look for the right fabric from our fabric suppliers.

Fitting sample

Within 2 to 3 weeks we make a fitting sample in stock fabric and colours, so you can check fit and construction and request adjustments.

Pre-production sample (PPS)

When your suitable bulk production fabric, color and accessories arrive in our studio, we will make a complete sample for you that covers everything (neck label, washing label, prints, embroidery, logo etc). After this, you provide feedback on the sample once again.

Production, customs clearance and transport

After approval of all samples, bulk production starts. Once the bulk production is ready and checked, we arrange shipping, so you don't have to worry about logistics.

Review in person

Visit us in Rijswijk to review your samples with the people who manage your production, or have them shipped to you. Either way, you approve before we cut a single bulk piece.
