What files are needed?

Every detail counts when it comes to creating your perfect clothing line. This is why we place great importance on the preparatory steps that are important for making your production a reality.

1. Brand files

Make sure your brand identity shines by providing vector files (such as PDF, AI or EPS) that clearly define your logo and corporate identity colors.

2. Design

Share your idea with us through detailed design sketches or tech packs that outline each aspect of your clothing item, from fabric choice to finishing details.

3. Artwork files

For detailed prints or patterns, we need high-resolution artwork files, preferably in vector format, to ensure the highest reproduction quality.

4. Sizes

A complete size chart with specific measurements ensures that your clothing line offers a perfect fit for every size, from small to large sizes. Additionally, the layout by size.

What are the costs of clothing production?

Every private label is custom-made with associated costs. It is difficult to accurately indicate costs.

Clothing production process

Request a quote

Start by sharing your vision and specifications to receive a detailed quote to suit your project. MPY Textile only cooperates with registered companies.

Fabrics selection

We offer both woven and non-woven fabrics in our production process. You can let us know the fabric composition in your design.

Sampling

We will start making samples after confirming the order. We first make a fitting sample (2-3 weeks) from stock fabrics, so that you can see the fit. Then we make a proto sample (PPS) in 2 -3 weeks, in your ordered bulk fabric.

Production process

Options such as 'Cut and Make' (CM) and 'Cut, Make and Trim' (CMT) are available.

Technology

Advanced production technologies such as Lectra, Assyst, Gerber, CADCAM and Dxf are used.

Accessories

An extensive range of accessories (buttons, zips, hang tags, polybags, etc.) is available to enhance your private label products.

Packaging

Your products are carefully packed to protect them and prepare them for shipment. Your product can be packaged in a standard transparent polybag or in a custom-made polybag with your logo.

Transport & Customs clearance

The finished clothing items are shipped safely and efficiently to your desired location. MPY Textile also has a customs clearance service for all European countries.
