Our clothing samples services - clothing manufacturing:

Design and tech pack

You submit your design and tech pack to MPY Textile. There is also the option to provide us with a physical sample.

Fabric selection (custom-made)

You specify which fabric, GSM (thickness of the fabric) and pantone colour you want for your design. MPY Textile will then look for the right fabric from our fabric suppliers.

Fitting sample

We first make a fitting sample of your design from a stock fabric and stock colours. You then try on the fitting sample for approval or to make adjustments.

Proto sample (PPS sample)

When your suitable bulk production fabric, color and accessories arrive in our studio, we will make a proto sample for you that covers everything (neck label, washing label, prints, embroidery, logo etc). After this, you provide feedback on the proto sample once again.

Production & Customs Clearance Transport

After approval of all samples, bulk production starts. Once the bulk production is ready and checked, we arrange shipping, so you don't have to worry about logistics.
